Chef Jack Kaestner will prepare a delicious “Grazing” buffet featuring local food from the
TCRCD region with a focus on pasture-raised meats, cheese and eggs:
Mushrooms stuffed with homemade sausage
Old fashion chicken soup with mini dumplings
Red wine braised beef
Duck ragout with shitake mushrooms
Roasted winter vegetables
Wild crafted honey crème brulee and cookies
A new consumer's guide to pastured beef with recipes will be available.
